Gluten-free options are available across both of our menus. Please speak directly with our team on arrival to find out which specific pizzas can be prepared gluten-free.

• Pre-Booking Required: We scratch-make a strictly limited batch of gluten-free dough each week. To guarantee availability, please explicitly state your requirement in your booking notes.

• Flour & Cross-Contamination Warning: Please note that we are a pizzeria handling large volumes of flour daily. While we follow procedures to minimise cross-contamination, airborne flour is present in our kitchen. Consequently, we cannot 100% guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment.

Please note any allergies in your booking notes. While we always try our best to accommodate our guests, there are rare occasions where we are safely unable to cater to highly complex or severe requirements.

• Our Right to Refuse Service: Any customer who is unwilling to disclose the exact nature of their allergy, or refuses to inform a staff member of the specific meal they intend to eat, will be safely refused food and service.
